Extremely itchy breasts

Im 31 weeks pregnant and I haven’t been itchy my whole pregnancy. out of nowhere my breast are extremely extremely itchy that I can’t sleep or be out in public. They get super red if I even slightly scratch them and they feel like they are on fire from the itchiness. They already grew and felt fine and soft. Why are they like this? Should I be concerned?? Other parts of my body itch like my back, tummy, neck and arms. But my breasts are the worst one. Is it normal?? I’ve heard cholestasis gives you itch on palms of hands and feet which I don’t seem to have tho..(It’s not dryness, I’ve applied lotion to my whole body everyday during pregnancy)
