1 week PP

So I had an emergency c section a week and two days ago & ended up needing 3 blood transfusions due to losing too much blood during and after. My bleeding has slowed down a ton and my incision looks good. The past two days I’ve been feeling shaky and weak even after I eat and have been on an iron pill. I mentioned it to my Primary doctor and he said the weakness and shakiness is due to hormones. what do you think?

Also he took a look at my eyes and said my blood looks good.
