Any advice?

So I had my third trimester scan today and I’m 35 weeks and the baby is measuring a lot smaller. She’s only 4lbs and already engaged in the birth canal. They said I definitely won’t make it to 40 weeks that it’s basically a waiting game now. I have to see a specialist this week because of her weight. They said that she’s in the 13% for her weight which obviously isn’t good. Have any of you had this? What was the outcome? They said when she’s born she’ll be around 5lbs.
