Tips for nursing distracted baby

My 5 month old son is already so active and is trying to grab anything and everything around him. While nursing he is playing with my shirt, grabbing my face and pulling off for every noise and generally moving all around. On top of this I have a 3 year old who he wants to watch play all the time. Because he’s so distracted he has been eating a little then acts “done” but wants to nurse more often since he’s not actually getting full I don’t think. I know he’s getting enough overall and his growth is fine I’m not worried about any of that but I’m looking for any tips for keeping him on for more normal feedings 😅 I know it’d probably be better to go sit in a quiet room but that’s hard to leave my 3 year old by herself a bunch of times throughout the day
