Dating without apps?

How do I meet someone without going on a dating app? I’ve tried it before with no luck at all. I kinda want to try meeting someone the old fashioned way but I’m not sure how? I’m 25, I’m ready for something real and mature with no games. I can’t seem to find males that are capable of this. Does anyone have any advice? I’m not a super social person but maybe I need to go out more, I pretty much only hang around the females at my job.
