Feeling down

So me and my mans are going through a rough patch and before a see a bunch of comments saying I should’ve just left, I’ve decided to work through our issues so I don’t want to hear it. I seen my dude interacting with other females on his phone and I just feel down. He used to make me feel like I was the only girl in the world And now I feel like I’m in constant competition with other females. Can I please get some words of encouragement?
