Ewcm after stillbirth ?

I’m 4.5 weeks postpartum after a 40 week stillbirth. I stopped bleeding early this week. I’ve had a lot of ewcm since then, especially today. Could I possibly be ovulating or does it have to do with something postpartum?

It’s very possible you could be ovulating, they say you are more fertile after birth (living or not).
