Ovulation after miscarriage - many highs but no peak yet

First time posting but I’m doing my head in googling and I thought I would see if anyone has had a similar experience.

We had been trying for 8months found out I was pregnant on 17/4 but started bleeding for 4 days on 20/4 but then stopped (classed as threatened) stop bleeding levels went up but started bleeding again on 28/4 then levels dropped (confirmed miscarriage at almost 5 weeks)

Dr said I can start trying straight again which is great started tracking my ovulation when bleeding stopped that Saturday got a low on opk 3/5 then have had 5 high days since but no peak I would normally ovulate cycle 17 and have never had more then 4 high days I’m cycle day 19 now and understand it might be delayed but did anyone have a lot of high OPKs after an early miscarriage and no peak but still conceive???
