Flat spot

My girl has a flat spot on the top of her head and i dont know how else to fix it. Ever since she was born we used a head shape pillow. she loved to look and sleep with her head turned more to one side and when i rotate her head to the other side (when she sleeps) she always turns it back. During wake times shes always sitting up too. Ive talked to pediatrician a few times and he says she has a mild one and that its ok.

I just would like to fix it.
