I need an advise

Hi I’m 23 years old and I got married on April

My husband is 25 and we got married because we loved each other . He changed when we got married it was so weird and I don’t understand what is it . All the promises and all the love talk is gone. He keep calling me stupid and a lot of bad words and it hurts me and he beat me and i told him about it he was shut up and didn’t give a dame about me. I cant go back to my family I have a bad history with them and all my husband talks about is kids and I cant because he don’t respect me or love me . I live in Saudi Arabia and i need help leaving him and this sad life. I don’t have any money and he won’t let me work so it’s hard idk if there is a way to Canada or Us anywhere I’m so tired of this toxic life and being abused 😔
