Any advice on going from 2 children to 3?

My husband and I have been going been torn on if we should have another. Our daughter is almost 5 & our son is 19 months. We want one so bad but so many changes would have to be made. We would need to buy a new car even though we financed one a couple years ago. (our car only fits two car seats) We would also need to move because we live in a 3 bedroom house. I’ve been a stay at home mom since I was pregnant with my daughter and I’d like to continue to be until there all in school if I have another. It’s like one day I want another, the next day I’d rather just have our two. Any advice is welcome thank you ❤️
