Sex after mild yeast infection?

Hey ladies,

I recently went for my first pap smear and got the news I had a mild yeast infection. I had no symptoms at all, no itching, burning, odor or weird discharge. We only knew after my Dr looked in there and pulled out the speculum with a little of the infection. She gave me one pill to stop the infection and that was about a week ago. When can I have sex? And how can I tell if I'm over the yeast infection if I had no symptoms to begin with?
