Low ovulation on sticks and digital but fertile CM ??

Hey girls so I’ve tested for ovulation and it says like 0.34 but my CM is sticky and clear what I know if fertile CM .... could I be ready to ovulate even though it says I’m not on the tests ? can they be wrong ?
