Clusterfeeding and regular feedings?

Baby is 12 days almost two weeks now and he keeps feeding for hours :( left to right to left and so on for hours, I keep checking his diaper and swaddle him and he sleeps well but even at night ( I lay and side feed him and put him back in his bedside crib) one night he sleeps well maybe 4 hours and yesterday he was up every few minutes upset and wants to latch again and feed, when he latches he stay on for 7 minutes or so and then sleeps and wakes up and cries again, I can’t even leave the house bc he’s feeding all the time!

So I wanted to know if it’s possible my milk isn’t enough? :( he poops and pees a lot and we didn’t check his weight yet ( 2 week appointment in two days)

When do feeds become regular and predictable?
