Ferber sleep training
So we started sleep training our 6mo about 4 days ago, I wanted to do the Ferber way were we check on her, but does anyone else find that the “check ins” just make it worse? It’s so hard to just comfort her from the crib cause she gets even sadder and reaches her arms up. I know it’ll be worth it but wanted to see where everyone else is at with it cause this mama is struggling 😓
