Crampy feeling when peeing

I’m 21 weeks and Randomly today I got this awful crampy feeling in my lower right side. If I get up from sitting it hurts. It almost feels like it’s extremely tight. But it hurts worse when I pee. It almost feels like my pee is stuck.

The pain happened right after I lifted the kid I nanny out of the car. He’s like 30 lb and idk if I pulled something but that is almost what it feels like

I just don’t know why the cramping would get worse when I pee.

I’ve had utis and i don’t think they have ever felt like this.
