Failed test😞

I failed my 1 hr glucose test. I got an 8.4, I have to do the 2 hr test tomorrow. I don’t understand how it works though, if you fail the test why don’t they just diagnose you with gestational diabetes? What’s the point of a higher glucose level? lol

Even if I pass the second one, what does it mean with the first? Why did I fail? lol. Idk, I’m really disappointed in myself. I’m now worried, I don’t want a c-section due to a big baby 😩
