Intimate Question

I’m 20 weeks pregnant and all of a sudden I have developed like a builder/bump on one side of my vagina. It isn’t painful, but it’s very uncomfortable. Like unless I’m spread eagle I just feel uncomfortable. Don’t wanna stand, walk, have sex etc.

I don’t see my OB for another 10 days.

I was wondering if anyone k owe what it could be and what I could do.

It’s not hard either. It’s like squishy, and like I said not painful at all

Any advice would be great
