Glucose test instructions

I have my glucose test, for gestational diabetes, and I mistakenly threw out the prep paper they gave me 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ I’m sure there are different rules for different tests, maybe, but I’m hoping someone who’s done theirs recently could post of picture of the instructions the doctor gave them. The nurse told me to eat before the test because it can make you throw up but I remember last time I did it, you weren’t suppose to eat/drink within a certain time period. Of course my appt is tomorrow and the doctor is closed. I asked a local FB mom page but so many people post on there, I know my post is going to get lost. Please help me! Thank you!
