Is getting pregnant without IVF possible? If so are there some good techniques?

Well we tried the

IVF

did all the testing. We thought our insurance would cover it because they said they took our insurance but they did not and we couldn't afford the

IVF

... But along the way we did found out his sperm count was 35.8 million... Which was more then we expected being as though it was 12 million at one time... And his volume was at a 4 which the doctor told us was ok as long as he was not under 4... Also my egg reserve is at a 28.8.... Which I was told was good...I just turned 30. I know that's when the clock starts ticking. I have mild endometriosis and one partial blocked tube. I have also conceived before but that was 9 years ago. She is 9 now of course (with different relationship) lol we've been trying naturally for a couple years with no hope... But finding out we we both doing I guess you can say OK down there it gave me hope. Lol I was wondering if there was something else we could do to try and get pregnant. I've been on clomid before and had surgery to clear up some endometriosis and drain a cyst on my ovary to help me concieve. Now that we know his results I would like to know things he can do, we know dieting and exercise is one but anything else?
