Corpus Cyst

I went into the ER tonight due to sharp uterine cramps and pricking feelings near my right ovary for the past two days . I’m 5+2 days today. I was able to get a early scan today and they seen what they believed to be the fetal pole. The baby implanted in my uterus like it was suppose to so ectopic is ruled out. The doctor also said my levels were at 9,000 and something. However , she told me that i have a Corpus Luteum Cyst and that’s why i was probably having the pain. Anyone ever had this and it went away on its own ? She said it’ll go away once the placenta takes over since I’m early.

Btw .. the baby is fine and i don’t have any bleeding or anything.
