Miscarriage?

I have taken many pregnancy tests and all have come out positive. I even took a blood test yesterday as well which came out positive and said out of range for my levels. The day before yesterday I was spotting very very lightly. Yesterday I was bleeding a little more and only filled tampons within a 5 hours. At night it seemed the bleeding was very light so I didn’t wear anything but woke up this morning with my shorts bloody. I haven’t noticed any clots so I’m unsure. I also don’t have much cramping just here and there and they’re very light. Could I possibly be miscarrying?
