25 Fibroids removed - Abdominal Myomectomy

Hi ladies, I am 3 weeks post op with an abdominal myomectomy. I finally feel a bit like myself but there is still some discomfort. My partner and I are looking to conceive soon and wanted to know a few things

1. How soon can sex start

2. Does the surgery affect my sex life/arousal fluid during sex (heard some women get dry 🙁)

3. How soon can we start trying for a baby
