Outdoor BLW ???

Hello Beautiful Mommies ❤️❤️❤️ QQ - How to do BLW specifically when we are out at frd place or outdoor.. bcoz it will definitely make mess everywhere.. please suggest some tips or I should do spoon feeding or still continue BLW.. Thank you so much ❤️❤️❤️

I always worried less about a mess outside. Just get out the hose!

i always stripped mine down, put him in the high chair and let him go to town. rinsed him off after. if at a restaurant i try to serve foods that wont make a huge mess like fries, small pieces of meat, etc

We use puree outside. And with a spoon he only makes a mess around his mouth and face that is easy to clean with a wipe everywhere.
Out also depends, if we are at grandmothers or at sil, then we let him eat like he does. Bot if we are visitong or in a restaurant, then no, I just don't have the means to wash him after. 😂

I used the least messiest foods whenever we went out. Rice balls, steamed broccoli, strawberries, bread sticks, etc.
If not, just some good ole purée 🤣 No need to be super strict, all that matters is that baby eats 💕

Pick foods that aren’t very messy, or I would just breastfeed if baby is under one.

We chose the least messy foods while eating outside or at a friends' / relative's place if we could choose. If not, then I just let her do BLW no matter how messy and cleaned afterwards just like at home. 🙈 I mean babies are messy, so unless you do permanent damage with the stains like with throwing blueberries to the curtains or carpet and you are the one to clean afterwards, I see no issue.
We haven't been to restaurants due to our kid's allergies and now because of the pandemic, but my sister always asked for a cleaning cloth and cleaned the most of the mess after her baby while eating in a restaurant. ☺️ Other customers make a mess too, so it's not like you need to wash the floors etc but I think it's polite to pick up the most of the left over food from the table / chair when you're ready.
