Late period and negative pregnancy test with no symptoms

I went for HSG test last month on the 20th. My results came back ok only that my cervix was closed up due to the evacuation I had in November of 2020.. i also have high prolactin and was put on cabergoline and progynova and the doctor also put a cervix stent in my cervix and removed it was after 5days ... am on cycle day 35 my period is late the pregnancy test is negative and I have no single symptom of either a period or pregnancy... Any ideas what could be the issue... although am going to the doctor's next week am super worried.
