Slow rising HCG - ectopic vs miscarriage??

Question

My hcg levels have been rising slowly/not doubling.  I’ve accepted that this is likely another miscarriage but I’m terrified of having an ectopic pregnancy.  Currently no symptoms.
Looking for stories with people’s past experiences with slow rising hcg and how it turned out??

I JUST went through this. Technically still going through. I went back multiple times for sonograms to rule out ectopic and it was just another miscarriage. I finally shed it this week/weekend. 
I’m sorry you are going through this. Just make sure your doc does serial testing to make sure. I’ll keep you in my thoughts.

My levels doubled normally with my ectopic until I ruptured
Ectopics are rare so try not to worry about that

I went through this in December. My levels were doubling every 60 hours which was slow for me. My 3 previous successful pregnancies had doubling times of 30-35 hours so 60 hours worried me. I had my first scan at 7w3d and baby was measuring 6 weeks with no heartbeat. I went back 5 days later and there was minimal growth and still no heart beat. Sadly it ended in a missed miscarriage and I took pills to expel the pregnancy. Luckily not ectopic. Are you bleeding or cramping? 
There is hope though. I did conceive 6 weeks after and I’m now 17 weeks with a healthy baby. So don’t lose hope. Keep us updated ❤️
