Does the baby show from date of conception or how does it work,? does the fetal age determine the actual age of the fetus instead of going by lmp ?so say I was 12 weeks 1 day going by my lmp but on the scan I measure 12 weeks 5 days does that mean I convinced quicker than I thought ?

Sometimes baby just grows quicker. I was 16 weeks 4 days at my ultrasound a week ago and baby was measuring 17 weeks 1 day. He’s been measuring 3-4 days ahead. Just means they are healthy and growing quick. He’s my fourth baby. With my other three they all measured a few days ahead too. Doesn’t mean anything ❤️ you could have conceived a little earlier.

Sometimes, yes. But the estimate is based on the average measurements of babies at varying gestation. And it's not uncommon for a baby conceived 7 weeks ago to measure at 7 weeks and 3 days or 6 weeks and 4 days, and so on. 
A good example is multiples - at one point my twins measured 5 days apart, despite being conceived at the same time. At another scan, they were 3 days apart, and then the same.
