Obese and pregnant with rainbow

I found out I’m pregnant again with our rainbow but I’m really scared of going to the doctors.

Mostly scared of finding a missed MC but of also being shamed for my weight.

Does anyone else have this issue and have tips of when it comes to finding a doctor ? Is it intrusive or rude to ask if their obese welcoming/ respectful?

I have PCOS and we live been waiting 4 years for this baby. So I just don’t want to spend any of our precious time being shamed or anxious about a doctors visit
