Breast changes?

FTM here. Sorry with all the questions. I was in the shower and noticed that my nipples aren’t prominent anymore. They have shrunk in and are getting dark around the nipple. My areola is huge on my right boob. This is something I just noticed. My breasts were normal looking before pregnancy. Is this normal? I’m 6w5d according to my last period but won’t know for sure until my appointment in June. I know my breasts will change throughout my pregnancy but just wondering if it’s normal for my nipples to pretty much go away 😂
