Kindergarten graduation during lockdown?

Since my daughter won’t be in school to have her kindergarten graduation(remote learning until sept) I want to do something special at home.

Has anyone else done a kindergarten graduation at home due to lockdown?

Spam me with your set up pictures, how you did it etc!

I had ideas of setting up some chairs in our backyard for her grandparents and putting on a slide show of her on a projector. Decorations, food, flowers etc.

Is that too over the top for kindergarten?

Is a cap and gown too over the top?

I don’t want to be “that crazy mom” lol.. but the kids have just been so strong throughout this pandemic, I want to do something special for her and make the transition from kindergarten to grade schooler more exciting.
