Need advice on breastfeeding

I had no milk supply when my baby was born.

Since he was big baby midwives at hospital fed him formula with bottle. He refused to take breasts ever since. (My baby is 9 weeks old)

My baby has only latched once since then. I tried really hard to breastfeed but it failed.

I used pump and give whatever breastmilk i could produce (10-15ml in entire day).

I started feeling like a failure, so I stopped even pumping for a while.

Now I am planning to restart pumping but milk supply has gone down even more. Just a few drops in every pump session.

Please guide and help me. Need support and motivation
