How long do I need to stay in the same environment for sleep training to be effective?
I would like to start sleep training this weekend. My sister is visiting next weekend (I haven’t seen her in two years!) and I would like to go to my parents house to sleepover and spend time with her.
Do you think it is worth it for me to start sleep training this weekend at home and then switch the environment by going to my parents’ place? Will it undo the sleep training?
Should I wait till I know I will be home for a few weeks to start sleep training?
