Screen time

Alright I'll be honest, I'm a sahm and the TV is on quite a bit. Usually it's just for background noise while I get work done around the house and my son plays. But today. Toooooday 🥴 my son, the absolute light of my life, is really on one and I'm ready to pull my hair out. So, Masha and the Bear has come to the rescue. Mama needs a minute.

I've always hated the judgement that comes with screen time but I still try to limit it. There are days he doesn't even look at a TV or phone. Then there are days the only thing that calms him down is a show or commercials with fun jingles.

So mamas, if you're a screen time mom...no shame, no judgement. We need chill moments too ya know! My son is currently sitting quietly in the middle of the living room watching his show. Occasionally grabbing a toy, but he's quiet and calm 🤗
