FIRED after just 3 week!!!! 😳

So I can’t say the company name however I recently started an amazing job. I was more than qualified for and on my second day of the job - my trainer took a mental breakdown and went on leave for the next two weeks. So I was ultimately left to the job with no training.

It was a tough situation however considering it was very legal heavy I needed the training. I did my absolute best and spent 12+ hours a day/ 5 days a week basically trying to train myself. I then was landed with an impossible task. In an impossible time frame and I worked countless hours to achiever the goal.

Well I turn up for work on Monday morning after 3 weeks of being at the job and told I’m being dismissed because I made one mistake and they had to fix it. (The mistake was a basic admin one, not serious at all) Which is ridiculous from a company who are employing people without legal right to work documents. (Side note)

Anyway I can honestly say I am so annoyed and angry that I was completely blind sighted by a company I thought truly believed in team members and advocated a great culture.

Sorry I guess I just wanted to rant and know if you guys have been through anything similar?

Also, can’t believe I now have no job during this dam pandemic
