What time do y’all mamas sleep?

Hi ladies, out of curiosity what time do y’all sleep and how much sleep do y’all get? I have an 11 month old and i dont think I’ve had a full night sleep for 11 months lol.. i get an ok 6 hours.

9:30-5:30am. We used the Little Z’s program and have been in that routine since she was 12 weeks old.

Bed 8-9pm, up 4-5am. My guy is 2. I have no idea how much I slept when he was 11 months. He was sleeping with me and I was single parentingr across the country from my husband and we were in survival mode. It’s all a blur 🤷🏼‍♀️

I go to bed by 11 and I get up at 4:50. So I get no where near enough sleep. My kids sleep great it’s my job and other responsibilities that cause the lack of sleep.

Erm depends on when she naps during the day! If she has a afternoon nap anytime between 12pm - 4pm for about an 1hr, an 1hr & 30min she'll be asleep around 8pm and wake around 8am. If shes down at 8pm I shower and go to bed straight away!! Im 6 months preggo so I definitely nap when she naps lol

I have an 18 month old whose been mostly sleeping through the night since ten weeks and a 2 month old whose been pretty good since seven weeks. He’ll be three months next week. The baby gets up during the night about once a week. The toddler goes to bed around 7p, baby around 930. Were usually up at 6am to drive my older son to the bus stop and I normally have to wake up both littles. I can get a solid eight hours if I shower and go to bed immediately after the baby and if he doesn’t wake up overnight.

I have a 5 month old. I get in bed at 10:30-11 and am usually asleep by 11-11:30. I don’t get UP with the baby, but he wakes me up and then I wake my fiancé up. Then I have to get up at 5:30
