I was wondering if you have a daughter how old were ￼they when you got there ears pierced ? Because my boyfriend wants us to get her ears pierced on the ninth and she will be two months I was wondering if that’s too early to get them pierced at her age ?￼

Id wait until she gets all of her shots at the minimum. We are personally waiting until our girls are old enough to ask for them and to help take care of them. When they are ready for that we will take them to a licensed piercer at a tattoo shop and have them done

It's totally a personal choice but whenever you decide to do it, please make sure you go to a licensed tattoo shop with a trained piercer instead of somewhere at the mall.

She has to have certain shots before she can get them pierced, it use to be 3 months. 
Mine won't be getting them until they can voice their own opinion on them

My daughter was 3 years old but she lost an earring and the holes closed. Then we got them re done when she was 9y. My new baby will not be getting hers done until she asks and is at least 6 years old since that's the youngest my piercer will do. My oldest's holes from when she was 3y were really uneven cuz her ears grew so much since then. No judgement of moms that do it as babies, that is just what I do. I would wait until after her first shots at least.

I refuse until she decides if she wants it herself. It should be done by someone who is an actual piercer and not at a Clairs with a gun. Most legit people around here work in tattoo studios and in my state they don’t have regulations (like don’t even need training in handling blood born pathogens) so it will be a while before I allow it to be done.

I was going to get my daughter's done after her 6 month shots but because of covid everything was closed so now I'll have to wait until she can understand not to touch them.
