Men in workplace

So I work in an engineering position and work with 5 men! 3 off the men are so annoying they go out of there way to beat me down on everything I do! They go out of there way to complain to our team leader about a job our team leader had put me on because it’s apparently a MANS job! and even he turned around and said he’s got all his faith in me and doesn’t see the problem!!!

Really don’t see there issue apart from I am a female! They leave all there tools and equipment around and just expect me to clean it up and take it back. Feel like I always have to prove myself twice as much. I have to bite my tongue and tell myself everyday and want to remind all females in a so call mans position. I am bigger I am better and I WILL HOLD MY HEAD UP TWICE AS HIGH!
