Is this normal?

My husband and I have been married for five years. We have sex regularly, if you call it that. We have quickies all the time, but never any foreplay. He hops on me, finishes, and rolls over and either falls asleep or plays on his phone. He also doesn’t bother telling me that he imagines himself with other women or that he thinks of other women as we are having sex. He doesn’t say anything or make any noise as we have sex. I usually masturbate afterwards. I’ve tried going to him and telling him that I’d like to also have an orgasm when we have sex. He threw a tantrum and said that we don’t have time for me to get off and that he would do it on special occasions. I’m scared that if I don’t give him sex, he may go back to watching porn or may cheat on me. He constantly looking when we are out and gazing at women. He likes women with big butts but I don’t have a big butt. He’s even followed a woman with me by his side.

I feel like we’re not connecting and I’m so depressed. This isn’t what I thought marriage would be like.
