Fussy around 7-8pm? Anyone else?

Does anyone’s else’s baby get really fussy around 7-8pm almost every night right before bed? Could this be the witch hour? It happens almost every night and I literally try everything I can think of and I can’t get her to stop crying. If I get her to stop crying it last a minute maybe and she’s right back at crying again. It normally last a good 30-45 minutes I’d say. Gripe water doesn’t really help so idk what else to do at this point.
