Could it be (implantation)???

Hey friends,

I'm 10 dpo and noticed some brownish spotting after getting it on last night with the hubby. It was enough that I wore a pantyliner to bed and woke up with more. Is this what I think/hope and pray it is? Or could it be anything else? I don't want to take a test because, long story short, it's a long (slightly traumatic) story, so I thought I'd try to get some insight here. Thoughts???
