What are all of my birthing options?

My due date is June 22nd and this is my second baby. 
My first came at 38+3 and I’m just freaking out about giving birth again the closer I get to my due date. 
I fractured my tailbone in high school and I got an epidural that only worked on half of my body and I was stuck laboring on my back which I didn’t want. Then my tailbone hurt for MONTHS after I gave birth. 
I really want to birth on my hand and knees this time but I’m scared not to get an epidural. So I don’t even know what I want. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Im doing a standing birth this time. My epidural with my first is a horror story but i got it not because i was in unbearable pain but because all i had was breakfast that day did a workout waterbroke just before lunch walked over 6 hours and still wasnt ready to push so i was just to exhausted to keep moving but sitting was too painful. This time im eating and walking that baby out

Look into hypnobirthing. It helped me get over any fear involved with birth and had great breathing techniques for pain management. It worked really well for 2 natural (and rough) homebirths.

There are so many options. I chose to give birth to my third on my hands and knees (in my living room) and honestly it was such an amazing experience. Follow what your body is telling you and trust in your body. There are so many natural options for pain relief like water birth/showers, sterile saline injections or tens unit, counter pressure, hypno birthing, positive affirmations, heating pad

You might want to look into water births. You could be in a similar birthing position to what you described while in the tub and many women say it helps with the pain (I've never been allowed one so I don't know). It may even help take pressure off your tail bone, depending which position you are in.
