20 week ultrasound
I just found out at my 20 week ultrasound that my umbilical cord only has two vessels: 1 vein and 1 artery. (There should be 1 vein and 2 arteries)
Has anyone carried a healthy baby to full term with this type of situation?
My doctor didn’t seem worried at this point because everything else checked out fine and all my genetic testing came back normal. I am doing once a month ultrasounds till I deliver to make sure he’s still gaining adequate weight.
