Pain on right side and sometimes left side

Hi All, my LMP is 25 April and ovalution on 5 May, So 4 weeks tomorrow. (First child was c-section 4 years ago, no history of ectopic)

I have over cramps last few days which subsided and now have a burning or void kind of pain on right side lower abdomen. And a stretchy pain occasionally on upper right abdomen and right thigh. Sometimes I get that pain on left side also. It goes to almost zero when I walk and after sleep for about 2 hours after waking up. Dr suggested early scan to rule out ectopic whenever possible. Do you think I should wait few days and go for scan next week closer to 5 weeks?
