Progesterone not rising after taking progesterone pills

Hi everyone. I was wondering if anyone was in their first trimester and had to take progesterone pills and have their levels not rise? I was at a 20 and then it dropped to 13 when my Dr put me on the pills. Its been 2 weeks since I've been on the progesterone pills and my blood draw says its still at 13. Has anyone had this happen but this had a successful pregnancy? I'm starting to feel really down that I might lose this baby 🥺
