I actually bought my first toy the other day and I’m the same age as you. I know someone suggested a green dot card but those sometimes require you to be over 18 to activate. So go with a Visa card that you buy at Walmart. I bought my toy on Spencer’s website and just tracked it everyday until it came so I can intercept it before my parents saw it.
