Ttc with regular cycles and pcos

Hi everyone,

Is there anyone out there who was successful conceiving, with a mild case of pcos (lean pcos) but regular cycles. I just saw a fertility specialist and have some additional ultrasounds and i think HSG. I have cycles ranging from 25-28 days with positive opks each month. bbt has confirmed that i am indeed ovulating. My testosterone is normal but i suffer from terrible acne, hair loss and unwanted hair in places, common symptom of pcos. Which can also be a symptom of elevated prolactin which i have had several months ago. Anyone with similar symptoms?
