Itchy vulva

My discharge is a milky white watery I have no

smell down there no burning when peeing but my vulva is really itchy what can I do until I see my gynecologist? I had a yeast infection maybe two-three weeks ago that lasted a week and then it went away but my itchy vulva stayed I’ve been using Miconazole 7 Day Vaginal Treatment Cream from CVS but it hasn’t been helping at all I think it’s been making it worse and I won’t be able to see my gyn until 2 weeks and other Gyno’s in my area aren’t accepting new clients because of covid.
