Total money spent on disposable diapers in the last year?

Question

If it was on the lower side (under $250)  could you share your tips on how to save on diapers? With all that's been going on in the world, I have to find a way to cut costs.

Ok so since November of 2019 after we announced the pregnancy my one uncle started giving us coupons for pampers and luvs diapers that he clipped out of the newspaper.  So we started buying then.  Everytime we got coupons we bought.  This continued until baby was 1 month old.  Then I told my uncle stop sending coupons because we have enough diapers.  The only problem with that is it's hard to judge on how many of which size to buy.  We had too many of one size that I gave away and not enough of one size so we had to buy one or 2 packages of diapers recently.  But seriously haven't had to worry about buying diapers.  
The expense I didn't plan on was formula. I thought I was just going to breastfeed, well that didn't work out.  Since she was born we had to supplement and weaned at 9 months.

I have two in diapers right now, I am very glad we started with cloth diapers right away. Saved us a lot, we only use disposables while traveling.

I have two in diapers, I buy two boxes every two weeks (one box each baby) at $34(aud) Per box. So it’s approximately $884. Per year/per child. We are about to start training my 2yr old so I’ll be down to one box of diapers soon 🙌🏾

Pair coupons with sales like Cvs was always a good place to do that the. You get extra bucks and points on top of that. If you’re in the US anyways. I join free trials sometimes the diapers suck but you get free diapers and try out a bunch of brands. But I’m now hooked on the expensive brand Dyper lol. They’re soooo soft!

I currently have two in diapers, and we spend about $90 a month on diapers. We shop at Costco and buy two boxes a month!

As far as advice goes.  Don't be brand specific.  Find coupons and compare prices and compare unit price.  What would one diaper cost.  If you have a warehouse membership like Costco or Sam's sometimes it's the best price and sometimes it's not.  You have to check. (it was for our formula). Some people do Amazon subscribe and save.  Some do cloth diapers but then you have to also add in the cost of the laundry.  Some do a diaper service.  Honestly, you just have to shop around and find the best deals.
