Hi mamas and future mamas💖

I need help!!! This is my first pregnancy and to be honest I have no idea how insurance works. I live in Maryland. I applied for insurance thanks God I got it (Medicaid). Since I got my card I been going to the OB to check the baby and every 4 weeks to the sonogram. Everything has been covered by the insurance even the prenatal vitamins. When the time comes I will have to pay for the birth and everything it gets done at the hospital?
