HIV Testing

I got tested for HIV multiple time before with all negative results (4,6, and 10 weeks) after exposure. Since I’ve been diagnosed with Trichomoniasis in January, I’ve been having unexplained milky discharge and now bloating and pelvic pressure/pain (the bloating and pressure just began a couple days ago). I’ve also been experiencing lightening crotch (since diagnosis) and chronic fatigue(recent). At one point I was having thrombocytopenia as well but it stop. During this time I have been diagnosed with yeast twice as well. I am scared that I am experiencing symptoms of an infection that’s due to a one night stand I had. When i asked him his status, he sent me a screenshot that was recent and no reactive. Even though he showed proof, I am still hesitant and scared for not only myself but my new partner. Is my HIV 4th generation test conclusive? And what do you think my diagnosis could be? Most people say tests are pretty much conclusive after 6 weeks but I just want to make sure from other peoples experiences and research. Please help because this is giving me severe anxiety. Thanks
